Ok, I realize I sound incredibly annoying but, try to ignore me and focus on how cute Carson's giggle is. I love it. He never laughs for me and randomly two days ago he just started laughing everytime I would laugh at him.

I got to see my nephew, Graham, today. He seemed to be doing much better. We just can't wait for him to come home! It is really hard to see him like this (especially since we can't pick him up and comfort him) but, we know that soon enough he will be well and ready to play! I already love him so much. I can't wait to get to know him!

Holy smokes.

For the past couple weeks Carson has been real bad to me. I am talking angel turned demon. Maybe demon is a little harsh but, I am just trying to paint a picture. I am pretty sure he is teething. Goodbye sleep. Goodbye happy nurser. Goodbye Mr. Playful.

Luckily, through it all...I got some pretty silly pictures. I just can't help but love this child. He is just too cute.

One Saturday Morning.

Carson seemed to really enjoy the ride. He didn't fuss once.

Last Saturday, Dinisha, Brian, Denise, Dinisha's parents, Adam, Carson, and myself all decided to do a 5k (3 mile) race for the Covington Police. Basically, we owned that race.

Ok, I lied.

Brian and Adam owned that race.

The race owned me. Tragic.

Anyways, my super runner brother-in-law, Brian, finished in like 20 minutes coming in 5th in his division! There was like 2500 people so he did pretty incredible.

Adam made the goal to run the whole time and after only training himself for a week, he did it! Adam finished in like 27 minutes so he also did really well.

Then, there was Denise, Carson, and myself...hmmm...I'm pretty sure Denise only kept at my speed to be with Carson. She is in much better shape than me. Woe is me, I know. Oh and yes, my sister-in-law, Dinisha, who is like 4 months pregnant seriously smoked me.

Needless to say, I finished in 58 minutes. That IS under an hour. That's an accomplishment, right?
