Here is a picture of our baby girl. Doesn't she look so cute? I think she is going to have big lips like Adam and Carson. I love it.We just had another ultrasound yesterday so in this picture she is 28 weeks. I had to get another ultrasound to see if I still have placenta previa. Unfortunately, I do. My placenta is partially covering my cervix instead of being on the side of my uterus like it should be. There are a lot of complications that can happen with placenta previa, but I think all of them are pretty rare. However, if my placenta does not move, I will have to have a c-section. The thought of a c-section terrifies me. I know there are a lot of women who have had them and everything is totally fine, but I just keeping picturing myself being cut open and have instant anxiety. I know I'm crazy. Adam reminds me almost daily. :)
Speaking of Adam, he is a real doll face. I love that guy. My doctor put me on pelvic rest 5 weeks ago. I will most likely be on it for the remainder of my pregnancy. I'm not supposed to do any heavy lifting or serious house cleaning and I am supposed to take it easy. Doesn't every pregnant person do that anyway? Adam really takes care of me. He never asks for anything in return and pleasantly brings me water and Tums about every 5 seconds. Even though I don't think pelvic rest is that serious, Adam is constantly aware of everything I am doing and is always offering help in any way to make things easier for me. Like today...he filled up about 100 water balloons for the young men/young woman activity I was in charge of. I sat next to him outside, laughing at every balloon that popped in his lap. My hero.
